Balayage & Custom Blonding in Charleston

Balayage and foilyage start at $205 and include a wash, blow-dry and style. Hand-painted blonde grows out softly, so most clients refresh every 10–16 weeks.

Balayage vs. highlights

Balayage is painted freehand for a soft, blended grow-out. Foil highlights give brighter, more uniform lift. Foilyage combines both. AirTouch and Teasy-Lights start at $240.

Keeping blonde bright in Charleston humidity

Humidity and hard water push blonde toward brass. Book a gloss every 6–8 weeks and use a color-safe or purple shampoo at home.

How long does balayage take?

Most balayage appointments take 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on length, density and how much lift you want.

Will it damage my hair?

Ask your stylist about adding a K18 Peptide Treatment ($45+) to protect and rebuild strength during lightening.
