What are your hours?
Tuesday–Thursday 9am–7pm, Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–3pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Where are you located?
640 Skylark Drive, Suite A, Charleston, SC 29407, in West Ashley just off Savannah Hwy (US-17). Parking is right out front.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 25% deposit for all color and highlight services.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
No-shows are charged the full service price. If you rebook and are seen within two weeks of the missed appointment, you get 50% off the rescheduled service. Three consecutive no-shows or same-day cancellations may pause booking for 180 days.
How does color pricing work?
Color services are priced by your stylist's level (for example, a root touch-up is $90 at Level 2) plus the cost of the color product used on your hair. Your stylist confirms your price before mixing.
Why do prices vary by stylist?
W-2 stylists are priced by level (1–5), based on results and education. Booth-renter stylists are independent and set their own prices.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes — for haircuts, color and highlights, color correction and extensions.
Do I need a consultation for extensions?
Yes, always. Your hair is purchased during the consultation, and that purchase is required to book your installation.
What products do you use?
Aluram Clean Beauty for hair care and finishing, plus K18 for repair.
Do you cut men's hair?
Yes — men's cuts start at $38 and include a wash and style. Beard trims start at $16.
Do you do wedding and event hair?
