Heads You Win has been part of West Ashley since 2000. In 2026 we renovated the salon and rebuilt how we work: W-2 stylists on a five-level system, ongoing education, and Aluram clean-beauty products.
How we're different

- Continuous education. Stylists log education hours to move up a level.
